There is a new OS on the Web, the 10.3.1.632 SR 10.3.1.396.

How to install it ? 
Open BlackBerry Link
Connect your BlackBerry 10 device to your computer with USB cable
Back up your device
Now unplug your BlackBerry 10, turn off the device and run the autoloader
When “connecting to bootrom” show on the screen connect your BlackBerry 10 again with USB cable

For battery life wait 48/72H for get a stable OS on your device.
Watermark on screen.
